Registration and Payment

Our registration and payment terms include the following:

• Non-refundable deposit of $75 for all workshops and classes.

• Classes and sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking/registration.

• No pro-rated fees or refunds for missed classes/session.

• In the event your child needs to miss a class, there is no option for a make-up class.

Terms of Enrolment

• I am allowing my child to participate in all Behind the Scenes Studio workshop activities.

• I give Behind the Scenes Studio authority to act on my behalf, and release and indemnify Behind the Scenes Studio, its Directors, Management and Employees from any and all claims for damages arising as a result of injury, accident, however caused, while my child is participating in a Behind the scenes workshop.

• I consent to the use of my child's likeness for publicity purposes.

Refunds

• Partial refunds (full payment less the non-refundable deposit) are provided are provided if a student withdraws more than FIVE DAYS before the first scheduled workshop date.

• Due to our small class sizes, there no refunds under any other circumstances or if a student withdraws from the class LESS THAN 5 business days before the start of the class.

COVID Policies

In the event of a change in COVID-19 government protocols, classes may switch to virtual. If this occurs, there will be no refunds or transfers to subsequent sessions. During registration you are committing to the full workshop session and may not withdraw should covid-19 protocols dictate online instruction.
