Wayne Davis
Wayne Davis has been working in the theatre and TV & film industries for over 20 years. He currently teaches acting classes and provides private audition coaching to students across North America. He has also worked as the on-set acting coach for two Emmy award-nominated children's television programs.
Wayne has worked professionally as an actor on the stage and screen, and is the father of two children who are both highly successful in the theatre and film industry. Wayne is the co-artistic director of Charactors Theatre Troupe – an extra-curricular performing arts studio (now celebrating its 30th year) - and is the co-founder and co-artistic director of City Youth Players - a community theatre company, where he has produced and directed over 35 productions.
Megan Davis
Megan Davis has had a more than 20 year career gaining a wealth of experience working with and music directing young people in the performing arts. She is the co-owner of Charactors Theatre Troupe in Thornhill and co-artistic Director and Musical Director of City Youth Players, where she has spent over 20 years proudly training and mentoring remarkable young performers. Megan is also a guest instructor in the Regional Arts Program at Westmount CI and Baythorn Arts Elementary School.
As a parent of two young actors who have worked extensively for 12 years in professional theatre, TV, film and animation, Megan has accrued a vast knowledge of how to support parents and children in the TV & film industry. She has also shared her wisdom and experiences on several panels for ACTRA and film festivals.
